Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust
BHFT is NHS Healthcare Trust with circa 6,000 users.
We provided the following services:

Office for Nuclear Regulation
ONR is the UK regulator on all matter relating to nuclear activities and security.
We worked with them to:
- Review their existing estate security and prioritise enhancements
- Design and implement a Data Classification schema based on Microsoft Purview
- Design Defender for Cloud Apps to ensure all data and application usage within the organisation could be monitored and controlled
- Design Data Loss Prevention Policies and implemented these across Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint and Windows Information Protection
- Conducted end user training to support an initial pilot
- Supported a success pilot, and associated design refinement, of the technologies
- Conducted Production implementation and provided Early Life Support subsequently
Chaucer
Chaucer is a global insurance firm with over 500 users globally.
We provided the following services:
- Assessment of existing server estate and cost modelling for Azure consumption
- Design of initial Azure Landing Zone
- Scripted build of Azure Landing Zone and integration of Express Route
- Azure Pilot Migration and subsequent assessment phase comprising circa 20 servers
- Assessment and migration of circa 200 servers from on-premise to Azure via Azure Site Recovery
- Review and optimisation of server estate subsequent to migration – including “right sizing”, storage optimisation and other supporting activities
- Implementation support for additional workloads within Azure (Enterprise Vault back up, application hosting, Data Core for additional storage technologies etc.)
- ETL Data functions and Integration services using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps and API Management
- Ongoing 3rd Line support to provide Azure technical consultancy and assistance to the Chaucer internal IT team
